Paid for the consultation and we were trying to pay the retainer fee when all of sudden, he couldn’t take the case. Even though we were told he could during the consultation. Britton quoted us the wrong retainer fee and knew he couldn’t back track because it was in writing. Didn’t want to use him as a lawyer anyways but heard he was a bulldog in court. Sad that he can’t simply just help a dad out that actually wants to be involved in his children’s lives.

DO NOT IGNORE THE REVIEWS!!! I made the mistake of ignoring Britton’s reviews because I considered him a personal acquaintance and I thought he surely wouldn’t screw me over. $2900 later he withdrew from representing my case within a 24 hour period leaving me at court without any legal representation.
