Attorney Blair Todd was an excellent public defender on a Habeas Corpus case about 7 years ago. Also as a paid attorney on 2 other cases he did an excellent job.
We have repeatedly asked them to deposit out final check payment and they will not. They have been holding on to the check for 2 months. My guess is that they are hoping to wait long enough for the check to bounce and to charge a fine for a late payment. If this turns out to be the case we will fight it by any legal means necessary.
