I had some issues with a bank. He promptly returned my calls and gave me some great advice and didn't charge me for it. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I honestly think he is a great man and even better lawyer. He will always get my business if needed and his legal aid was very professional too.
Don't waste your time. Paid him what he quoted, received lip service for over a year taking his legal advice only to be sold down the river on court day. I don't see how he can sleep at night. RUN to a more qualified attorney for your legal needs.
I wouldn't say anything to these people unless you want everyone involved in your case to know what you're telling your attorney in confidence. Also, I had a court appearance in a very important guardianship case, and my attorney didn't inform me until two hours before the hearing (which is illegal). Apparently, they went ahead with my case without me even being there.
He did help me out with a couple of things, and that I am thankful for. But he contacted me later, about a lawsuit that he thought I had in my favor, against a certain company, for what they did to me. After I agreed and gathered information for him, he never returned any calls or emails. Anytime I call the office it is an answering machine. Very disappointing, because I had faith in what he could have done.
