This firm represented my slumlord in Astoria, who sent us and other tenants false and threatening letters of eviction as they bought our building, despite our having a binding lease with the former owner. By threatening young tenants who work full time, lack legal resources, and/or who are not native English speakers, this firm supports slumlords shady and illegal practices (a binding lease prevents eviction for its duration, despite change in ownership, and we told them as much). Shame on you.
