Ann is the best Attorney I have had the privilege to ever talk to. I was charged with reckless driving, not for speed but an illegal right on a highway (Route 50?) and wanted representation. I called a few lawyers around fairfax general court and Ann was one of the first ones to call back. Had to go to court for the first time and was really nervous, and Ann Thayer made everything much easier to understand and helped me feel more comfortable going through this experience. She was easy to talk to and understand while also clearly knowing exactly what she was doing, and she was adamant in doing whatever she could to help me. Very professional. I ended up not having to pay any fines in the end.
Ann is very thorough having step by step guides to ensure the best solution for her clients. I came in with a reckless misdemeanor ticket and was between a cheaper attorney option and Ann. I felt she was more responsive and informative giving me a sense of comfort. She had a well thought out plan for my situation and was able to show results immediately on my court date bring it down to a traffic ticket and a small fine fee.
I was charged with a DWI and A. Thayer was able to get it reduced to a reckless driving after following her legal advice. She was very nice, kept me up to date, and answered all questions I had. I could not be more grateful!
