I just want to be very honest about Mr Alan Briones representation, he is a very negative and very aggressive to see you fail a lot of individuals that has been appointed to him in the past years were truly unsatisfied, I had to fire him off my case and My outcome after him was victorious, Mr.Briones is someone who you do not want to represent you especially for serious offense that you're being alleged for take advice and take note do not allow Mr. Briones to forcefully take your freedom and your life away forever....
Never showed up to any of my court dates, never got a call back. Called 21 times got my number blocked by my determination to contact my court appointed attorney. I would honestly represent myself & get a better verdict.
If I could give zero stars I would. I am literally appalled by my interaction with MrBriones, he is very disrespectful and condescending. I have nothing nice to say about this Mr Briones and I was taught that if I didn’t have anything nice to say be quiet. I will say this though, READ his reviews before doing business with him. He is just RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Awful communication skills. It’s obvious he could care less about other humans.
No communication what so ever and the phone number listed goes straight to voicemail. Very unprofessional!
Got a pretty bad speeding ticket. Said he’d handle it and would appear for me. Kept continuing the case instead of actually going to trial. Horrible communication. I’m currently stranded in Virginia after learning my license is suspended at a military checkpoint. I got a letter before in the mail saying it was going to be suspended months before for failure to appear, he said it was a paperwork error and he’d fix it. Later claimed he’d done it and I was good to go. Either the same thing happened again or he never fixed it.
