I was very happy that Mr. Baksh protected me against the seller. They tried to force me to buy the house without the gas working. But he advised me to call the gas company and they came and they rectified the issue. Although they were threatening me to cancel the deal, he said, do not worry they cannot do that. He knew the law and he was correct. And today I just closed my house. If you want an experienced attorney who knows the contract and law, you need to use him.
Mr. Baksh was able to salvage our deal. At the last minute there were so many hiccups and he always found an answer. He’s the best in town.
