La verdad ni siquiera una estrella se merecen porq cuando hablas con ellos y quieren agarrar tu caso t tratan bien y luego para cobrarte son bien buenos pero cuando ya preguntas x tu caso cómo va no te contestan.. pedí mi reembolso hace cuatro meses y siempre me dicen lo mismo le estamos dando seguimiento a tu caso hoy mismo te regresamos la llamada y es mentira nunca lo hacen..
He intentado comunicarme en repetidas ocasiones para resolver un asunto laboral pendiente, incluso por este medio, sin obtener respuesta real. Mis comentarios anteriores han sido eliminados, y aunque se me ha indicado que “me contactarán”, eso no ha ocurrido. Resulta preocupante que una firma que públicamente afirma ayudar y defender derechos, no brinde seguimiento ni solución a un excolaborador que ha buscado resolver el tema de manera directa y conciliatoria. Y de todos lados ya me bloquearon
This firm is a joke don’t use them that’s why they have 2 1/2 stars they can’t keep the appointments they make for you At first you keep on getting text messages that you have an appointment via phone call And 1day later nothing yet. Very unreliable
