Bringing customer service to a new low. Our company had a piece of equipment shipped here and unit showed up early (we didn't even know it had shipped) John Gurette at law called us frantically in a tizzy that unit was there and we had to show up immediately (which we did) we were supposed to pay by check, but in the rush to meet Johns expectations we forgot a company check.
