it is unfortunate that people with this degree of incompetence are allowed to present themselves as serving your interests. They operate with paralegals, mainly, and you will never have a chance to speak to the actual lawyers. The paralegals are invariably clueless about your case and have even less knowledge of the law and your rights as a landlord. I overpaid 200.00 for a 3 day eviction notice and called many times while tenant didnt pay a dollar . I normally dont give negative reviews as I am a power reviewer because I dont like to affect peoples livelihood. So I will just state my experience and you judge . I paid for a 3 days notice became 8 day notice and it took many days to obtain. No one charges for that but I thought if i use them for these simple tasks it would be better for them to run the show.
