Estoy muy decepcionado con el nivel de servicio que he estado recibiendo. Desde los cambios recientes de personal, parece que el nuevo equipo no está familiarizado con mi caso, lo que ha dificultado mucho la comunicación. The biggest mistake I made was hiring this firm as my immigration attorney. I do not recommend them. I started working with them in 2022 and chose them based on their Google reviews, which I now believe are either outdated or misleading. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. At the beginning, Joselyn handled my case and was very responsive.
