Do not recommend. Customer service was rude, dismissive and refused to listen to what style and colour we asked for. We were looked up and down and fat shamed several times (we ate sizes 10 to 12!!!) The older ladies kept bringing us navy blue and black dresses when we specifically asked for pale pink or beige. We were told black would be slimming as we were looked up and down. Irina, Sabina and Oksana were the most helpful women I met in all my searching all over Melbourne cbd and Richmond for a ‘mother of the groom dress’! I also bought my daughter a dress, and they referred us to get the dresses altered which was done overnight 🙌 Also! The best part! Terrible experience!! The women here were absolutely horrible to my friends and I. I came here to look for school formal dresses and was absolutely shocked with the customer service experience here. Firstly we walked in and got the most atrocious looks, they asked what we were here for, (obviously to buy dresses) but were implying we were lost or out of place. One of my friends asked to try on a dress and the lady took her dress checked the size and asked “are you sure youre a 6?”. The same lady kept barging into the change ... read more
overall HORRIBLE experience. if i could rate this a zero i would!!! they made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed as well as walking in on me without knocking and pressuring me and judging my size. not only were they speaking in an angry inaudible other language, she pushed my friend out of the way and pressured me to undress in front of her. this place isnt just an overpriced “boutique” of shein equivalent dresses it is a front where rude ladies judge your size and make disgusting, uncomfortable comments. if you find yo... read more
