I spent a whole day in the city with my daughter looking for a formal dress and we were both exhausted and disheartened. Found this store at the end of the day and found not one but five beautiful dresses to choose from. The staff were so lovely and helpful. I will never shop anywhere else for a special occasion dress.
Thank you so much for helping me choose my formal dress, I had been looking for MONTHS but stumbled upon this little gem. The ladies were so sweet and helped me choose a dress that flattered me. Very good quality, beautiful colour and shape. Do not recommend. Customer service was rude, dismissive and refused to listen to what style and colour we asked for. We were looked up and down and fat shamed several times (we ate sizes 10 to 12!!!) The older ladies kept bringing us navy blue and black dresses when we specifically asked for pale pink or beige. We were told black would be slimming as we were looked up and down. Irina, Sabina and Oksana were the most helpful women I met in all my searching all over Melbourne cbd and Richmond for a ‘mother of the groom dress’! I also bought my daughter a dress, and they referred us to get the dresses altered which was done overnight 🙌 Also! The best part!
