Terrible service from Tim, great save by Michael! We went into the store looking to buy an outdoor setting, but unfortunately had an awful experience with Tim. He was extremely rude and even suggested that if we wanted a discount, we should “go to JB Hi-Fi”! Completely unprofessional. Thankfully, we decided to visit the sister store, where we met Michael.
