James was an amazing sales assistant at Lavita Outdoor Living! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient, and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were happy with everything before making our decision. His customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for James if you visit!
Really disappointed in our purchase. We spent over $3000 on a sofa from Lavita Outdoor and were told it was Sunbrella fabric and “you could pour bleach on it and it wouldn’t mark” - when we received it we found out it’s not Sunbrella - it’s the Lavita acrylic fabric which they then said “is practically the same as Sunbrella”. We are now 6 months after purchase and have a stain that can’t be removed and mould on the wooden base of the sofa which they now tell me is not covered by their warranty even though we purchased the Gu... read more
James the sales person was to efficient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I needed delivery out of metro area and he organised it perfectly. Definitely a great company to deal with. Love the product.
