I had my medication refilled through a tele visit July 4. July 31st, after sending numerous messages stating my Rx was sent to the wrong location, one of the girls on the phone behind the desk (I believe Ally) stated that since my appointment was a month ago, I would need a new appointment scheduled. When I challenged her on the date she realized it hadn’t been a month and continue to tell me I need a new appointment or I can have a Dr call me back so we can get this Rx rectified. I did botox for my upper face,first i had asymetry in my brows ,i asked them for repair,they said you have to pay again which was not my fault,after 1 month all wrinkles were back,i am not satisfied and never choose this center again
