Did a walk in and they graciously took me in and fixed my hair that hadn't been cut for awhile. I would definitely go back!!
Always polite and accommodating
Firstly. Rita is amazing and I would recommend her 5 stars. As for Lavish overall…I have been a client since they opened and today I dealt with there front staff/admin and yet again they were rude, dismissive and after I told them I was ill and had to call back to reschedule, not even a “Hope you feel better”??? No customer service or care that warrants their reputation. I’ll be finding a new spa, the only thing they have going in my opinion is Rita, and if I ever return it would be to look for her.
