First time here, was a little hesitant at first but everything ended up well. My updo was done perfectly by Eriny. She was very kind and understood exactly what style I wanted. She did an excellent job. Highly recommend!
What a waste of time. I got a same-day haircut appointment for 11 am, and a short time later the salon called to reschedule to 3 pm. I showed up on time and the staff seemed surprised to see me, there was no record of my appointment, and they asked if I could come back at 4:30 (nope). I do not recommend a business that can’t keep track of its appointments and treats potential clients so poorly.
The worst manicure and pedicure ever the nail salon person didn’t show up instead of dealing us she used expired product on my nails that refused to dry Of course there is no one working that can rectify the issue and I’m leaving with sticky nails that can’t be fixed Be honest and give us the opportunity to make another appt another day Day after nail polish just peels off Unbelievable
The lady who did my brows was lovely, and the salon itself was gorgeous, however we had a disappointing experience getting our nails done. I booked a shellac manicure and pedicure service for my mom, and a shellac manicure for myself. My mom got regular polish on her feet, and the shellac nails were very messy and patchy (see attached images), and even had some small hairs in them, and it wouldn't dry.
