The young man who calls his self the manager of the store is a liar. If the customer is given a delivery date then the merchandise should be deliver on the given date. I was given the run around and excuses of why the deliver was not on time. Then I ask for a refund of my money for the delivery that did not happen and he refused. If a store does not go above and beyond for your business please walk away.
Stay far away from these liars. They never update you. You always need to chase them for general information. They claim they are extremely busy all the time. When you go into their store its always empty. Alex thinks he is superman and wants to correct the mistakes that Chris made. Its such a mess and incredibly unprofessional. If you dont want your blood pressure to rise I would suggest staying away from this place
It doesn't even deserve one star. Please stay away from this furniture store. I totally agree with Terence. The owner/manager is a con-artist. Worst customer service ever. The sales boy was sweet but that was just to get you to buy. Once your on the phone with them because of a mistake they made they treat you like garbage. They have no manners and they want to turn words around acting like you're dis-respecting them. Bought a $900 mattress that was seen at store was told next day delivery. Salesman or owner in the store is very rude and disrespectful . In my opinion you should spend your money somewhere else.Low quality furniture,terrible customer service.
