I came back to Lavinia after a few years and was amazed how much Feldenkrais helped improve my balance and how I navigated obstacles. It's subtle but makes a huge difference!

I have had the pleasure of working with Lavinia for almost 2 years online. There aren’t enough words to describe her genuine authentic self. Upon entering into the class, through the lesson to the end where there is a time for questions and comments, you feel very much ‘at home’. The best part… you get a recording of the ATM! It is not a one and done…. it’s a one and forever.😉 Thank you Lavinia for sharing your passion and knowledge and letting us all find the magic we hold within our body to heal itself. 😊

I recommend Lavinia's lessons, she is an outstanding Feldenkrais teacher. She teaches with compassion and understanding of human nature, her lessons are coherent, they help to alleviate physical pain and teach how to approach other forms of suffering.

After more than a decade of taking Lavinia's workshops and regular online classes, I continue to be amazed by what I learn about my own body, its possibilities, and interactions among the various parts. Each Feldenkrais lesson is a revelation, and Lavinia is a very proficient instructor.
