Very slow response times. Still waiting on a store credit from over 3 months ago.
Ordered from this company and have not received my items for over 1 month. Unable to reach anyone for assistance so I don’t know what’s going on. Will need to report with my credit card company. Stay away!
The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because no one is returning my E mails on item that was ordered. I've talk with answering service and chat and emailed company with no response. I would love to rate hire but when you do not receive a response it can be frustrating. As I stated no one is responding
My friend recommended this place to me. I’ve not had to make an appointment to shop in a store somewhere since I did my wedding dress shopping years ago, but I found it comforting knowing that I would be the only customer being helped when I came in. Love this store! I ordered from them online a few times and have had the best experience with my orders, along with an online exchange that was done very quickly. All of the items I have ordered have been high quality and packaged beautifully. In my most recent order, I received a card with a link inviting me to make an appointment online to shop in store.
