Paid for an item on 11/28. Cannot reach anyone for refund or answer to my emails!
Very slow response times. Still waiting on a store credit from over 3 months ago.
Ordered from this company and have not received my items for over 1 month. Unable to reach anyone for assistance so I don’t know what’s going on. Will need to report with my credit card company. Stay away!
The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because no one is returning my E mails on item that was ordered. I've talk with answering service and chat and emailed company with no response. I would love to rate hire but when you do not receive a response it can be frustrating. As I stated no one is responding

I’ve not had to make an appointment to shop in a store somewhere since I did my wedding dress shopping years ago, but I found it comforting knowing that I would be the only customer being helped when I came in. I really enjoyed my “shopping experience” as they call it, and I think that is the correct term.
