Little back story before my review. I was told in February 2021 I was prediabetic at 331lbs, this was after losing 20lbs by trying to eat healthier over nearly a years time period. Where to even start with LaVie…not only do they provide an amazing positive and accepting atmosphere for your weight loss journey, but also have great resources to keep you going on your journey! I can’t recommend the Cranberry Pomegranate protein bars enough!
