I purchased a washing machine for $2,000, which malfunctioned 11 days later. I have been without a functional washing machine for over 8 days. I felt abandoned. The owner was on vacation, and upon his return, he informed me that the issue is now under Whirlpool's warranty. I strongly advise against making any purchases from this store. Absolutely wonderful service. The owner was very helpful and knowledgable. We purchase a washing machine and was delivered promptly the next day. The Delivery and Installers were very respectful and friendly. I highly recommend this business
