I have been a customer for maybe 3 years. I always purchase their gift certificates. I am aware that they have an expiration date and the surprise location will usually work with me to make sure that I can get in and use my certificates. I am a difficult customer for them in that I am allergic to fragrance. They have gone out of their way to make sure that the rooms and chemicals used have no fragrance. I gave a gift certificate to my husband for his birthday and even though he was shy about the whole thing he came out of there feeling really relaxed and stated he would do it again in a heartbeat. I got a certificate the following year and also enjoyed the whole experience. I am currently looking at doing a facial this time around. Great prices & great experience.
Good service, poor atmosphere. I have been to Lavender's twice. The first time I had a massage and facial. I found both services to be good and I enjoyed them both. However, during my massage there were people in the hallway talking and answering a cell phone. This was disruptive to my massage and not very relaxing. The sound seems to travel well through their doors. The second time I just had a massage. I love this day spa! I had been there about 10 times and have had a variety of therapists work on me and they were all great, except one of them. I wrote a letter to the owner/manager of the spa and was quickly offered another session free of charge. She even tagged my file so that I was assured my session was up to par. I really appreciate this place after a busy week.The moment you walk into the place you feel transformed. It's not that expensive to have a quick get away and feel great. Thank you!
