I recently had a sports massage with Nicole. She is extremely thorough in her assessment of your needs, really taking time to understand any underlying problems. Then she delivers an amazing treatment. I felt more relaxed, comfortable and my posture felt more balanced, I'm looking forward to my next treatment already.
Nicole was lovely, intuitively understood my problems and worked on them. The treatment was so relaxing that I fell asleep. I will be following up her advice with more treatments.
