2nd time now I’ve called up and made a booking here and they didn’t have a record of the booking. I called half an hour before coming. It’s weird they didn’t even take my name down. Don’t waste your time. Rang and made a booking for 2 people on Monday for today and had it confirmed only to drive in and they have no record of the booking so I wasted my Sunday afternoon.

Hello there, I had an hour massage followed by a sauna today and I need to tell you how in incredibly disappointed I was. The girl doing the massage seemed to have no clue what she was doing, just busy hands rushing over my body- no real sign of a massage at all. Then the sauna hadn’t been switched on- so it was cold and coming up to temp during my paid time. Finally it reached temperature as my session had ended.
