Hello there, I had an hour massage followed by a sauna today and I need to tell you how in incredibly disappointed I was. The girl doing the massage seemed to have no clue what she was doing, just busy hands rushing over my body- no real sign of a massage at all. Then the sauna hadn’t been switched on- so it was cold and coming up to temp during my paid time. Finally it reached temperature as my session had ended. I have been to Lavender Thai Massage six times now, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very clean, with a pleasant fragrance and relaxing background music that truly sets the mood. Most importantly, the massage itself is outstanding. Bed smelt like body odour, room was cold and the therapist did not have proper training in Thai massage. Disappointing experience.
