Was welcomed by a very kind receptionist who made me feel immediately at ease. The practitioner, Anastacia, gave me a fantastic massage, in a lovely setting. She is a warm and thoughful person, with healing hands and an intuitive understanding of how to best work with a new patient. Even if it was hard for me to articulate exactly where my pain was located, she was considerate and caring - and clearly has great knowledge and skill as a masseuse. Would highly recommend this establishment and her excellent work.
Wowowow ! I had a massage at lavender on the hill, what a lovely experience ! The pressure was amazing and for half an hour I left remarkably relaxed and it has lasted all week. Special shout out to the lovely lady on the desk who booked me and LILY who went really above and beyond and was so lovely and welcoming.
I booked an paid online but did not get confirmation so contacted via phone to check. Staff called back within the hour and were excellent, set up and confirmed the booking and thanked me for contacting as the booking had in fact not gone through online, and they said this had happened before to others who then turned up and the staff had no idea of their booking.
