Becky was incredible! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease — so friendly, genuine, and full of positive energy. I was a little nervous about trying on dresses, but she made me feel beautiful and confident, and for the first time, I truly started to feel like a bride. Becky was the ultimate hype girl and had such a creative eye when we talked about adding bespoke touches to the dress. It was such a special experience! 🩷
I contacted Becky to try on some wedding dresses, and from the very first message she put me completely at ease. I was a little nervous on the day, but Becky made me feel comfortable straight away. She really listened to what I liked, made brilliant suggestions based on each dress I tried, and even offered creative ideas to amend styles to suit me. She’s so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely lovely — I honestly can’t recommend her enough!
My experience at Lavelle was unreal. Becky made me feel at ease straight away and my family felt comfortable too. It was clear I was in safe hands with someone who knew what they were talking about. She literally knows all of her dresses inside at out. There was never any pressure. It was such a happy atmosphere with a clear intention to help you find the special dress. Becky was amazing about budget too. I couldn’t recommend enough!
I contacted Becky about a dress at Lavelle from all the way up in Glasgow. She was so considerate and patient with me. Sending me videos, photos and everything I could have asked for as she knew I couldn’t travel down to her. The customer service is superb and Becky is a woman who clearly really cares about her brides and ensuring they are happy with their dress. Would highly recommend!
