The nurse practitioner I believe her name is Kim( blond with ponytail) was snappy with me for trying to help my husband that is treated. After that every time she sees us at the waiting room never smiles or says hi to us. Now we are invisible… I canceled my husband’s appointment and left a message that I need to reschedule and no one has returned my calls and every time I call after many rings it goes to voicemail mail.
