Karen (Kendall) was amazing! Very professional, kind and polite. The head massage was so nice and relaxing.
Janeth was so nice and welcoming! However, I was not able to relax and enjoy my experience unfortunately because the facial and hair products were FREEZING!!! 🥶 For the price you would think that they would have heated beds or at least heated blankets. Obviously I do not blame Janeth because she is working with what she's provided with, but every time she would apply something on my face and hair it was unbearably cold causing my body to tense up so badly as a reflex. I would have given 5 Stars but today I was about to book my lava experience and I noticed Khush was no longer there. I am extremely disappointed because I always go to her. I have been going to her every month for months now and she’s gone! She has always been great and has done a great job. She knew what she was doing and her massages was always amazing. Wow! I am in shock.. what a loss for me! Not sure if I will be going back! Bring her back please she was amazing.
