Buyer Beware - Finishes do NOT hold up to acceptable standards - The owner does not want to hear from dissatisfied clients but rather argues that his product is perfect. I do NOT recommend - We paid you to repair your finish two years ago - you do not stand behind your product 100% - this is the second time we are dealing with this defect - We DEFINITELY DID NOT apply aggressive cleaner - - as you are state in your defense - We used only soap and water as per your direction

Lauten recently installed the Millwork in our new home and the quality of work was amazing and service was excellent. I appreciated how they worked closely with my wife, myself, the architect and builder to deliver exactly what we wanted. The installation team was first rate with their high attention to detail and responsiveness. I would highly recommend Lauten to others.
Already a repeat customer (home owner), I'd happily work with them again on future projects. Several years ago Lauten built and installed extensive cabinetry for our kitchen, dining room, powder room, office, and single bedroom (100+ doors & drawers!). I recently had Lauten Woodworking design, fabricate and install two kitchens for my home renovation. I have nothing but great things to say about Adrian and his team. Anyone that has done a renovation will know that dealing with trades can be difficult at best. Not the case with Lauten; I found the process very rewarding from start to finish. I will continue to use Lauten for all of my future millwork requirements.
