Her employee Caroline made several grave errors on his case. It has been almost 2 years and nothing has been resolved. The communication is terrible. They only contact you right before the mediation or court dates so they are not studying the case very well. They don't ask many questions to understand the case. They showed up to court unprepared the first time and the judge told them to come back when they had proof. I honestly don't understand how they are allowed to practice law.
