I ve worked with Colman for several months. Through a series of exercises I have experienced less pain and mobility with exercising core and balance . He was helpfully supportive and encouraging . Thanks .
The therapists I've seen at Stride have been extremely helpful with exercise programs and have given me suggestions for living with arthritis.
This place is absolutely amazing! From the front desk to the therapists. Everyone feels genuinely in a good mood which lifts you up! Dr Conlan Brown has been fantastic. From my knee ACL rehab to shoulder and wrist pains. Twice I remember him fixing something I didn’t know existed or could be related to the pain I was having. Clinton and everyone in the front desk are also the best. It feels great to just walk in and you’re already checked in with barely a word since they remember everyone’s face!
I can't say enough good things about this place! I have seen Amanda Benson for several injuries over the last few years and she has helped me tremendously get back to doing my work and the things that I love. Hands down the best PT I have ever seen. She is very knowledgeable and you receive one on one care with skillful attention to detail. I've gone to see Trevor for issues involving my shoulder and my knee. These things came up at different times in my life and after he helped me with my shoulder I didn't hesitate to go back to him for my knee. I'm back to lifting weights and training for my second marathon at the end of month.
