Laurie is literally a dream to work with on realigning thoughts and habits into a positive flow! We worked on a few things, one example is managing stress and a tendency to overreact. She provides easy to recall tips and tools which I can naturally use in any situation. I have suggested friends and family connect with Laurie, too. I am so thankful!
I haven't been able to fly on a plane for several years without getting sick or having severe anxiety. I was able to take a 10 hour flight with my husband for our 30 year anniversary and didn't feel nauseas at all, even on the way home which was a horrible bumpy flight.
