Very patient and excellent at explaining options for different types of loans. Always returned messages in very reasonable amount of time. Kept us well informed through entire process and team members are equally responsive. Delight to work with throughout every step to include fast track approval and updates to the final application and closing. Very impressive professional who knows her business well.
