Called wed for appt on sat. was told to call sat at 8am i guess for confirmation. When she answered she told me 930 for my appt. I arrived early, when 930 came no one was there. Waiting 15 mins, yet no one called to notify me there were not going to be on time. After calling she said give her ten mins. This was at 940. No one was at the shop still. A presumed to be customer says they always late. Not acceptable. I entered the shop at 1015. So the lady had to call some one come do my hair. She told me it be 15 mins, so i had ... read more
