We highly recommend this gem of a community where our Mom has been a resident since Nov., 2023 -- first in Assisted Living, then Avita Memory Care, and now on visiting hospice. The well-designed and maintained facilities, many common areas including 2 lush courtyards, great meals, variety of engaging activities, generous staffing levels, and transparent fee structure are definitely pluses. Laurentide was an amazing place for my dad! We needed a respite solution and Laurentide delivered 110%. He was integrated into the social network immediately and the staff were so caring. Laurentide is truly a place where everyone knows your name. My dad became healthier, happier, and more functional throughout his stay. We’ve worked at Laurentide for a while now and I have to share what a great experience it is every time we’re there. From Heidi’s friendly greeting at the front desk every day, to Chris (head of maint) and Kristen (executive director) - the whole staff here really is so warm and caring. The residents always seem so happy and upbeat, and there’s always something fun going on. Laurentide is a great caring and extremely friendly community for your loved ones. They take pride in their appearance inside and the exterior grounds! They are always entertaining the residents with various games, cookouts, etc. They truly care and it shows. You will not be disappointed!!!
