We highly recommend this gem of a community where our Mom has been a resident since Nov., 2023 -- first in Assisted Living, then Avita Memory Care, and now on visiting hospice. The well-designed and maintained facilities, many common areas including 2 lush courtyards, great meals, variety of engaging activities, generous staffing levels, and transparent fee structure are definitely pluses. Laurentide was an amazing place for my dad! We needed a respite solution and Laurentide delivered 110%. He was integrated into the social network immediately and the staff were so caring. Laurentide is truly a place where everyone knows your name. My dad became healthier, happier, and more functional throughout his stay. We’ve worked at Laurentide for a while now and I have to share what a great experience it is every time we’re there. From Heidi’s friendly greeting at the front desk every day, to Chris (head of maint) and Kristen (executive director) - the whole staff here really is so warm and caring. The residents always seem so happy and upbeat, and there’s always something fun going on.
