Worse bank ever. Very very poor customer service. I will cancel all my services with them. Specially the worse visa customer service has no experience of service at all.

J’ai attendu 20 minutes pour le département de crédit, pour finalement me faire raccrocher la ligne au nez. C’est déjà arrivé auparavant, et j’avais fait une plainte qui n’a mené nulle part. Ce n’est pas un accident, mais une représaille. De vrais cowboys travaillent là. Le 2 septembre à 11 h 14 2025 exactement, on m’a encore raccroché au nez. Je vais publier cet avis dans 10 banques
