Ne prennent pas soin de la confidentialité des données de leurs clients. Malgré deux appels à leur service client et un retour via poste Canada pour mauvaise adresse, je continue de recevoir les relevés de compte du précédent occupant de mon logement et ce depuis plus d'un an maintenant. C'est pas sérieux, c'est pourtant le but d'une banque de garder les informations bancaires de leurs clients en sécurité. Edit, Décembre 2024. Toujours le cas.
The night 31 October I went to bank and two ladies their they are very rude and telling me all lies because I went their to do wire transfer. At night 7 pm. They lied to me that all banks are closed now they can’t do so they going to do tomorrow morning when bank open but now I see they holding my account all amount.
