No return phone calls, impossible to get thru......
This is the worst customer service ever. There are no words to qualify how terrible they are. I have been trying to close an account for weeks now, and customer service keeps transferring the call which puts me on hold for about 1 hour, just to have the line get disconnected after waiting for absolutely nothing. Can’t reach the branch either, they just don’t answer. I don’t recommend this bank or their service.
75 dollars pour fermer un compte reer de 9 sous. Ça va bien les finances? Escroquer un ex client pour 75 dollars... Il faut gratter ses cennes.
Mais quelle honte de s'appeller la Banque Laurentienne. Il m'est impossible de parler a une personne, et ce, apres des nombreuses tentatives Je veux faire un placement mais apres avoir vu comment ils n'ont aucun respect pour la clientele ni les futurs invesstisseurs je vais clairement investir dans une autre banque.
