Cannot obtain help at a branch outlet. Only 1 girl that cannot speak english and tries to refer you to the phone link which in most cases you cannot get through. If you are lucky enought to get to speak to someone then they toss you around to other agents who in turn toss your call again and again to the starting point. Terrible, terrible and more terrible
