I highly value Lauren’s expertise in lymphatic drainage. I went to her when I first suspected I had lipedema and she had a great deal of sound advice. I was diagnosed shortly after by a vascular doctor. I feel much better after each session and the pain I do experience is greatly diminished with her treatments. She uses different modalities and is very thoughtful when considering which route to take prior to each session. Her nature and personality are also very warm and calming. Thank you!

Amazing experience with Lauren! I struggle with ulcerative colitis and she made sure to constantly make sure all lymph work worked with my body. Always relaxing and kind. Clean space! I have been going weekly and couldn’t be happier with my experience!
I came in post surgery and within 1 week there was a noticeable difference. Lauren has great energy, her technique showed visible results and she was also incredibly helpful beyond her services, proving recommendations that I can do between visits to help my recovery and scar healing.
This was a first real lymphatic massage for me, Lauren was very knowledgeable and answered every question and there were many! She took time to send me self care links and videos to continue on my own as I am from out of town! Thanks Lauren!!
