This has been a fiasco. My wife has tried to order some of my daughters highschool pics from her for a while now. She won't respond to texts from my wife. She told her she would only respond to emails, REALLY! WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE,. All we want is some of my daughters pics. Granted it's been a while, IT DOESN'T MATTER, SHE STILL SHOULD HAVE THE COURTESY TO RESPOND. We tried to solve the problem we had, but to no avail. She won't respond to texts. Lauren has photographed my family on multiple occasions and has always done a wonderful job! I’ve referred several people to her that have had gorgeous sessions as well. She is so creative and patient and has always been nothing but a true professional. She’s always fulfilled our agreement and contracts as promised. She is incredibly prompt at getting the gallery up for viewing and getting our pictures to us. Her integrity and commitment to her clients is out of this world!!
