Very unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. She was referred to me by one of her previous clients. After spending 4 long days communicating with Lauren and her assistant Melissa, she made the loan application process very stressful and lengthy. She never picks up the phone and states she either has “ poor reception “ or is “ in a meeting”.
