Lauren is an outstanding caring therapist who will help you find your true sense of self. She works with women in a dynamic way and her walk and talk sessions help relieve anxiety and find a sense of calm within nature.
I have had the unique opportunity to work alongside Lauren in multiple group settings as we were co-facilitating groups. I would be hard pressed to find someone more uniquely suited to compassionately work alongside women as they begin a journey towards healing.
Lauren was an incredible clinical supervisor - supportive, intelligent, intuitive, sincere, and present. I came from an environment where supervision was limited and I never felt that I could nor would grow clinically. While my time with Lauren was far too short I will always be grateful for her knowledge and her role in my clinical growth.
