Lauren is a phenomenal woman, a profoundly informed nutritionist and a nourishing human. She is someone who is doing exactly what she is supposed to be doing on the planet-- and it shows up in how dedicated she is to her clients and how patient she is. I've been working with her for over a year and I really believe she is at the very top of her field. I've learned so much about how to nourish my self well! Thank you, Lauren!
Lauren is a great nutritionist and is always up to date on all issues pertaining to many types of eating disorder. She teaches you as a whole person and has your best interest always in the forefront.
