Absolutely amazing experience finding Lauren from other amazing reviews here. Such a welcoming and beautiful environment Lauren has created and her ability to find and work muscles that need to be worked is magic. Sad that Lauren is moving overseas soon but glad I at least met her and can book in weekly visits until she heads away! ♥️

My mum recommended Lauren to me and i am so glad she did. I’ve felt so cared for and supported in my treatments with Lauren, and benefitted emotionally and physically from her wisdom and experienced approach to massage and myotherapy. I am a highly active person who pushes my body and Lauren’s treatments have only improved my performance. Highly recommend.

Lauren blessed us with their presence on a midseason work well being day. Their sense of intuition is very strong, having told them that I had a slightly stiff back they proceeded to find knots in my forearms, neck, shoulders. Very incredible service, would highly highly recommend for anyone looking for some healing.

I've had sounds baths a few times before but NOTHING as epic as Laurens. Wow! I was instantly taken on a blissful ride amongst all the beautiful frequencies resognating through my body. Ah! Bliss!

I went to see Lauren for a treatment after a few hard months on the body at work. I was feeling battered and bruised prior to entering Lauren’s amazing space, and sure enough when I left, I felt like a brand new man. The environment in which Lauren creates for her clients is calming, comforting and tranquil and I will be booking in for my next treatment after I post this review. Highly recommend Lauren’s services. Thank you lovely !
