Lauren is the BEST! I started seeing her to help with recovery after the birth of my first child, and she has been instrumental in my postpartum healing journey. She has also been helping me address lower back and hip pain stemming from injuries prior to pregnancy. My only regret is not seeing her sooner! 10/10 would recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a pelvic floor PT.
Lauren is the real deal. Gave me researched backed things to do to get my condition so tolerable that I almost never notice it anymore, all while taking zero medications for it. I wish I would have gone much much sooner. If you're thinking you need to go, don't wait! You will not be disappointed. She makes you feel comfortable, she's so knowledgeable and understanding. She addressed overall pelvic health along with my specific concerns and by doing so has dramatically improved my quality of life.
Lauren is incredible! I have endometriosis that was surgically removed from my pelvic cavity and had two long labors, long pushing stages, and tears with my first two deliveries before seeing Lauren for the first time.
