Lauren is the BEST in town!!! The only massage therapist I’ll see here in Laramie - she’s excellent with deep tissue work and I always leave feeling like a new person. HIGHLY recommend ♥️

Incredible massage! I absolutely loved my massage; the pressure was perfect, and Lauren really worked on the tight muscles that needed attention. She is very intuitive and gave me a very relaxing, therapeutic massage. Healing foundations is very accommodating and the space is lovely.
