My sister passed away on Oct 26 and of course we owed for a full month rent, through Nov. 24. The apartment was completely cleaned out by Oct 31. Pryor to Nov 15, Garden Village let themselves in to remodel and actually moved in some furniture! Since we paid through the 24th, isn’t that technically Anna’s apartment still. Does anyone have the right to go into an apartment that is still rented and start remodeling? I feel taken advantage of and very disrespected. I would not recommend Garden Village!

Recommendedvery kind and caring staff...they go above and beyond their expectations with tenants, friends, family and visitors. the front desk staff is more than happy to answer any of your questions and or concerns.. the kitchen staff is run very well and are kind and friendly, not to mention there are an array of delicious items to choose from and are dietary restriction friendly.... the grounds are kept up to high standards and the property is very clean.. dog/cat friendly which is a major plus.
