Awesome! Special thanks to Jane and Brian with ACTIVITIES and the resident Marci who volunteered to be our HUMAN DUMMY. Liam The Leprechaun & Friends™ continued our St. Patrick's weekend musical ventriloquist comedy performances at Laurelwood at The Pinehills on 3/17/25 St. Patrick's Day. Liam is not a real leprechaun, but he is a real dummy.
Salli and I moved to Laurelwood early in 2024, moving from a large assisted living facility north of Boston. The contrast has been extraordinary. The staff of Laurelwood have been unanimously committed to making our lives happy. Nothing seems too much to ask of the staff, and we have been royally treated. The food is excellent. Moving my mother to Avita at Laurelwood was the best decision I’ve ever made. She has improved tremendously. The environment is happy, clean, supportive, loving and truly uplifting. The employees are amazing and have proven repeatedly to have the best interest of the residents. I go every day to see my mother and in the countless times I have been there my heart is full of gratitude in the care I see.
My mother lived at Laurelwood for 5 years. It is a beautiful facility with an exceptionally caring and professional staff. A very upbeat setting with lots of activities.
We assited with my aunt's move to Laurelwood last month and my husband and I cannot say enough about how positive an experience it has been. Prior to her moving to Laurelwood, she was encouraged to come by for lunch and to participate in whatever activities interested her and my aunt did just that!
